Pasta Bake - Creamy Tomato, Spinach & Ricotta

You will love this tasty & filling pasta bake as a great alternative to the usual pasta & sauce. Serve on its own or with a side of grilled meat or salad.

Serves: 2

Ingredients

1 jar Loyd Grossman Creamy Tomato, Spinach & Ricotta 'Al Forno' Sauce

150g penne pasta (or any favourite dry short pasta)

70g any grated cheese (mozzarella or feta are great options)

How to cook it

1. Preheat oven to 200C/Fan 180C.

2. Use spoon to empty the Sauce into 1.5L shallow ovenproof dish.

3. Add pasta and 300ml water.

4. Stir well and bake uncovered for 25 minutes.

5. Remove from oven, stir well and then top with 70g any grated cheese.

6. Optional - For a lovely crispy finish, sprinkle a handful of breadcrumbs.

7. Bake for a final 10 minutes.

8. Stand for a couple of minutes and serve.
