Pasta Bake - Tomato & Parmesan with Pancetta

This delicious pasta bake is a twist to the classic flavour “ham & cheese”. It's really simple to make and takes just 35 minutes.

Serves: 2

Ingredients

1 jar Loyd Grossman Tomato & Parmesan with Pancetta 'Al Forno' Sauce

150g penne pasta (or any favourite dry short pasta)

70g any grated cheese (mozzarella or parmesan are great options)

How to cook it

1. Preheat oven to 200C/Fan 180C.

2. Use spoon to empty the Sauce into 1.5L shallow ovenproof dish.

3. Add pasta and 300ml water.

4. Stir well and bake uncovered for 25 minutes.

5. Remove from oven, stir well and then top with 70g any grated cheese.

6. Optional - For a lovely crispy finish, sprinkle a handful of breadcrumbs.

7. Bake for a final 10 minutes.

8. Stand for a couple of minutes and serve.
